IMVIZE is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Baker as Director of Business Development. Matt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including 12+ years within the UKG Ready ecosystem that spans implementation, operations, reseller, and partner leadership.
Matt joins IMVIZE at a pivotal time as the company continues to diversify and expand its Professional and Managed Services offerings. He possesses a strong combination of operational leadership, growth strategy, and deep experience supporting complex HCM deployments across direct and partner-led environments. Matt’s background will strengthen IMVIZE’s ability to scale and support long-term customer success.
Throughout his career, Baker has led implementation and operations teams, supported partner delivery organizations, and overseen complex HCM deployments within the UKG Ready market. His background, spanning both vendor and reseller roles, ensures a comprehensive view of the customer journey.
In his new role at IMVIZE, Baker will lead revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic partnership development—designing lead-generation campaigns and building new business channels will position IMVIZE as a premier UKG Ready partner.

Matt Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Purdue University, is a UKG Ready Certified Professional, and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Emily, their children Evan and Bennett, and their dog Mia.
