Jesus Moreno is a visionary SaaS leader with over two decades of experience driving organizational transformation, accelerated growth, and operational excellence. He has held senior leadership roles across Professional Services, Operations, and Customer Success with expanding global scope. Jesus's philosophy centers on unlocking potential in people and processes through continuous improvement ("getting 1% better every day"), accountability, and inclusive people development. Outside of work, he enjoys an active life with his wife, including camping, gardening, building projects, and cheering on his son in college baseball.
Rod Ibieta has dedicated much of his career to building people-centric workplaces that foster learning, teamwork and values-based cultures. Rod has held senior Human Resources and People Development positions in a variety of technology companies including Intel, Analog Devices, Amkor Technologies, Freescale Semiconductor and others. He holds degrees from the Universidad de Chile, John Hopkins University and Arizona State University and currently serves as Chief People Officer at IMVIZE. In his spare time, Rod enjoys playing keyboards in the jazz fusion band Jade Road as well as spending time with his family and traveling to interesting places around the world.
Corrine Werner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University and is an active CPA in Arizona. The majority of her career has been in the Controller role, managing full cycle accounting teams across various industries. She focuses on driving financial excellence and operational efficiency. In her spare time, Corrine enjoys watching movies and planning her next Disney vacation.

He has held senior leadership roles spanning Operations, Client Services, Human Capital, and Strategic Execution, with deep expertise in HCM implementations and partner management. Matt's leadership philosophy centers on building high-performing teams, driving operational efficiency, and delivering a client experience that sets the standard in the industry.
