IMVIZE is thrilled to announce the addition of Jesus Moreno as Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the SaaS industry, Moreno brings a wealth of expertise in creating strategic growth and driving team performance. His background includes leading large global teams, managing substantial P&L portfolios, and implementing successful professional services strategies.

 

As IMVIZE’s Chief Operating Officer, Moreno will be responsible for enhancing and maximizing IMVIZE’s growth potential, expertise, and capabilities. These goals will include collaboration as one of UKG Inc.’s Managed Delivery Implementation Partners. He is uniquely equipped to drive IMVIZE’s professional services methodology within the UKG sphere owing to his prior experience executing SaaS implementation and professional services at UKG.

Most recently, Moreno served as the Vice President of Professional Services at GovOS, where he established a new professional services organization, including project methodologies, professional services automation tools, and customer engagement strategies. Before GovOS, he was Vice President of Migrations at ProService Hawaii, where he led the strategic transition of over 1,300 clients onto a unified platform.

Moreno also held the role of Vice President of Global Delivery at UKG Inc., where he oversaw a team of 500+ professionals across North America, EMEA, and APAC. During his tenure, Moreno drove a 55% increase in delivery, managed a $75 million P&L, and achieved an impressive 96% employee retention and 92% engagement. His successful leadership philosophy is rooted in cultivating a positive company culture, driving results, and fostering collaboration.
